Description
STRENTGH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.
About Your Coach, Mandy
As a coach with a diverse background in dancing, yoga, and HIIT training, Mandy brings a blend of energy, expertise, and passion to her workouts. The goal is to inspire and motivate individuals to push beyond their limits, helping them achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive and empowering environment. Book a workout with Mandy to experience a fun and sweaty session that will leave you feeling accomplished and eager to continue your fitness journey!
Place
Located right between S Ostkreuz and S Treptower Park, you will find us right across Wilde Renate. Go to the courtyard of Club Ost past the green gate, then take the metal stairs on the right to reach the workout room on the second floor. Please note that it is not allowed to park inside the courtyard. Bikes may only be locked on the bike stance, but not on the moveable fences in front of the location entrance. Toilets are available, but no showers. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. If you have any issue reaching the location please call the emergency line at +493083798610.
