Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

About Your Coach, Hannah S.

Hey, it‘s Hannah! I was born and raised in Munich. During my internship in Berlin, I fell in love with the Beat81 workouts and the good mood afterwards. Now I’m more than happy to guide you through the workout as your coach and motivate you, just as I was pushed to my limits. Sports have always been a big part of my life. I used to do gymnastics, track & field, and now my passion led me to HIIT, lifting weights, and running half-marathons. I stated my coaching career years ago as a running coach and now got a B-license as a fitness instructor while my ongoing sport science studies. Let’s have fun and smash your workout together! :)
