Description

B81 STRENGTH is the ideal workout to build muscle strength and define your physique. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each with 2 exercises targeting opposing muscle groups. Chose your weights right and they will help you tone your muscles while pushing you to your limits! Our coaches will guide you on the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum burn from the workout. The equipment is disinfected after each class. Please note that you might get less GritPoints than usual during this workout, but you’ll earn extra strength in turn ;-) INDOOR ONLY - The 2G+ rule applies at all our studios, meaning you have to be boostered or vaccinated + tested negative (antigen max. 24h, PCR max. 48 h) to participate in our classes - Please be at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class and have your certificate(s) ready to be checked - Wearing a mask is mandatory until the start of the class and right after it ends HYGIENE RULES: - Disinfect your hands before and after the class - Distance from other participants as good as possible - Use a towel

After a 6 month Fitness Master Class that certifies me as a personal trainer, gym instructor and nutrition coach I am ready to share my knowledge, enthusiasm, positive energy and lots of sweat with you.

IMPORTANT: This is a 2G+ studio. Please bring your booster certificate or vaccination certificate + an official negative test (antigen max. 24h, PCR max. 48 h). Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Stra√üe 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m¬≤ with state-of-the-art cardio machines! Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel, sports shoes and a bottle of water.
