DeutschA strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

Welcome to our first own Indoor Gym in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction. Toilets are available.
