Our signature Ride45 workout is now RIDE: Classic. Music-driven cycling that builds confidence on the bike. Forget choreographic moves. Learn solid technique and build cardiovascular fitness with energetic, coach-led intervals that will leave you sweating hard. 💥 What to expect: - No choreography, no fluff — music sets the energy, the focus stays on effort - Cardio conditioning on the bike — high-intensity intervals that build stamina and endurance - Clear structure from start to finish — push–recovery blocks to manage effort and progress over time - Expert coach-led cues — simple instructions so you can ride hard without overthinking ⏱️ Example workout structure: This is our classic 45-minute interval ride. You’ll alternate pushes and recoveries across different intensities (climbs, flats, and speed efforts) to keep your heart rate challenged from start to finish. Live heart-rate tracking helps you stay on pace and see your effort in real time. 💪 Who it’s for: Anyone who wants intense cycling for real stamina — great for first-timers and regular riders alike. Low-impact on joints, high on sweat. PLEASE NOTE: - Towels and cycling shoes are provided. About Your Coach, Sarah

Sarah's sport vita is a steep curve of adrenaline—from tennis to cliff climbing and jumping out of planes. Deciding to share that energy, she became a fitness, personal, and Megaformer trainer. Before moving to Berlin in 2019, she pushed limits in Hamburg and now brings that intensity to you.
