Dynamic Power is now HYBRID: Power A high-energy hybrid workout where strength meets speed. Full-body weighted cardio and power moves that push your heart rate up while building power, endurance, and explosive capacity. 💥 What to expect: - Power-driven, explosive plyo and weighted cardio that keeps intensity high - Short, punchy intervals designed to challenge you - Full-body HIIT training style - Heavier lifts and a faster pace vs HYBRID: Foundation ⏱️ Example workout structure: Full body circuit with weighted cardio, plyo and explosive movements. Each interval lasts 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. You complete 3 rounds, keeping intensity high from start to finish — with minimal downtime and maximum output. 💪 Who it’s for Built for experienced members with solid technique who want to break through plateaus. Ideal when pure strength days stop delivering and you need a force–velocity boost to get stronger, faster, and more resilient. Ciao, I'm coach Giovanni. I am certified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer from Italy. I lived many years in Amsterdam, and since a few years here in Berlin. I have personal interest in body weight training and calisthenics. In my classes you will find the perfect combination of hard work, healthy motivation and nice music.
