HIIT is our signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 4 highly effective rounds of 7 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.
About Your Coach, Anni
Hi my name is Anni, I am an osteopath and a former track and field athlete. Following my track career, I got into long-distance running. I missed working out with people and a team though, and that’s how I stumbled into my first BEAT81 workout. Enjoying working out is so important because if you are having a good time, you will easily incorporate sports into your daily life. As an osteopath, I always put health and safety first. To wrap it up, I am excited to work out with you, push you, and make you feel comfortable and safe.

Welcome to our first own Indoor Gym in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction. Toilets are available.
