You’ll move through 8 stations, completing two full rounds. In round one, each exercise is performed twice for 35 seconds with short recovery in between, creating sustained heart-rate pressure. After a 90-second break, round two switches to shorter, sharper intervals — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off — focused on speed and maximum effort. 💪 Who it's for: Anyone looking to sweat hard, boost cardio fitness, and leave feeling fully worked.
