Description
Climb your way to stronger lifts! With every set, the work time increases while the weight gets lighter. It's a total-body strength ladder. 8 stations, Each station has 3 strength sets (20s → 22s → 24s) with 5s break between each. Change stations: 20s. 2 rounds. 1-minute long break after round 1. Burn out the muscles with descending load and increasing time—perfect for strength endurance.
About Your Coach, Sam
Das ist Sam! Schon seit seiner Kindheit sportbegeistert, entschied er sich sein Wissen zu vertiefen und studierte Sport/Sportpsychologie. Seine Begeisterung für Kampfsport und daraus resultierend auch das starke Interesse für Meditation, führte schließlich zur Yogaausbildung in Indien. Sam versucht den Menschen, einschließlich sich selbst, als Ganzes zu verstehen und dies in seinen Stunden mit viel Freude und Spaß weiterzugeben und zu vermitteln.

Welcome to our first own Indoor Gym in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction. Toilets are available.
