Strength & Cardio - Double Set gives you an extra challenge. You will spend 30 seconds on a strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after finishing this Double Set, you rotate to the next one. This time a cardio exercise. Here you can increase speed in the second set. The workout has 4 cardio and 4 strength exercises and 2 rounds.
I'm a certified personal trainer and CrossFit coach from Venezuela. My goal is to teach and push you to achieve your goals. The workout will be hard but we will have fun during it and each time we train you will become a better athlete.
Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
