Description

Get your muscles pumping and your heart racing! This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

About Your Coach, Shane

Shane is a former footballer, coach and sport performance analyst from Canada. His true passion is youth athletic performance but he has settled nicely into the BEAT81 community. He likes to keep the group energy high so everyone can feed off it during their workout journey!

HOW TO FIND US: You will find us on the roof of the 2nd floor of Bikini Berlin on the roof terrace right in front of the 25 Hours Hotel. You can reach us either through Bikini Berlin or via the entrances next to the Jim Block (Blockhouse) restaurant. PLEASE NOTE: There are NO changing rooms and toilets are available. Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat. As with every BEAT81 workout, please bring a towel and note that pets and children are not allowed!
