Description

Build full-body strength with slow, controlled lifts. Each station challenges you with two back-to-back sets. Expect to feel the burn and progress with every round. Emphasise proper form, static holds, and rep tempo. Members should aim for 70–90% of max effort. Cue heavy-to-light transitions and offer modifications. 8 stations, Each station features 1 exercise performed in 2 double sets (e.g., 1 → 1, 2 → 2). Work = 35s, Rest = 10s. 2 rounds. 1-minute break between rounds.

About Your Coach, Sarah

Sarah is a professional dancer and passionate fitness coach who will push you to reach new levels while also experiencing the endorphin rush that comes with working out. Fitness has always been a big and important part of her life and she is very excited to share the benefits of working out with as many people as possible. Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
