STRENGTH & CARDIO will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 3 rounds of 4 stations, each combining a high-speed cardio and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is only 23 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! The equipment is disinfected after each class. HYGIENE RULES: - Disinfect your hands before and after the workout - Keep a minimum distance of 1.5m to other participants - Use a towel - Wear a mask before and after the class BERLIN INDOOR ONLY: - Please be at the studio at least 5 minutes before the workout - latecomers have to train without a sensor - Please note that we have 2G and 3G indoor studios and check the workout description to find out which rules apply - 2G studios are open to everyone who is vaccinated or recovered (max. 6 months), distance and mask restrictions are dropped - 3G studios are open to everyone who is vaccinated, recovered (max. 6 months) or tested (max. 24 hours), distance and mask restrictions apply - Please have your proof ready upon arrival COLOGNE, M√úNCHEN & HAMBURG INDOOR ONLY: - Our studios are open to everyone who is vaccinated, recovered (max. 6 months) or tested (max. 24 hours) - Please have your proof ready upon arrival
