DeutschControl every lift with this workout designed to build muscles through time in tension with slow, controled movements. All levels welcome. What to expect: No cardio components and short embedded rest time to recover between sets and stations. Aim for 6-8 reps per exercise -> If you can do more, go heavier. Your last rep should be challenging. Mechanics: 8 control strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 3 back-to-back sets of 35 seconds, with a 30 second break in between for muscle recovery. 1 round in total , which means you only go through each station once.
