What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.
Daisy has been strength training and practicing functional fitness for over 10 years, and she loves to share all she has learned with others. Her creative side really comes out when she’s planning her workouts, making them as fun and effective as possible. In her opinion, working out should be fun, make us feel great, and make us proud of what our bodies are capable of, whatever your fitness level is. So whether you’re new to working out or you know your way around the gym like the back of your hand, she hopes to see you soon at one of her workouts. Located in the heart of XBerg, you will find our studio in a quiet backyard. Just cross the driveway until you reach the second backyard, then keep left. Please DO NOT park your bike in front of the parking spot for cars. Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
