Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

Meet Aziz, a dynamic and energetic coach with a background in tennis and calisthenics. His sessions are all about explosive movement, rhythm, and motivation — helping you unlock your athletic potential while keeping perfect form. Known for his positive energy and attention to technique, Aziz will push you to go beyond your limits and leave every workout feeling stronger and more confident.

Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
