Description

With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

Club Ost (Indoor)

Located right between S Ostkreuz and S Treptower Park, you will find us right across Wilde Renate. Go to the courtyard of Club Ost past the green gate, then take the metal stairs on the right to reach the workout room on the second floor. Please note that it is not allowed to park inside the courtyard. Toilets are available, but no showers. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. Bikes may only be locked on the bike stance, but not on the moveable fences in front of the location entrance.
