Description
This is the workout that gets your body moving fast. Strength meets speed in a full-body challenge designed to get your heart rate up and energy high. 8 stations. 1 set per station. 3 rounds total. Each set: 40s work, 20s rest. Change station: 20s. 1-minute long break between rounds. High-energy metabolic challenge with strength and cardio bursts. Encourages explosive movement.
About Your Coach, Simone
Simone is living proof of how a diverse fitness journey can lead to a true passion for working out, no matter where you start! Having explored everything from dancing the Mazurka and Polka to CrossFit, running half-marathons, and practicing calisthenics, Simone found his true passion with BEAT81. Known for his playful, goofy nature and boundless positivity, he brings his enthusiasm to every workout, which is as energizing as it is entertaining. Whether he’s cracking dad jokes mid-squat or turning burpees into a spontaneous dance-off, Simone’s infectious energy keeps everyone committed, sweating, and smashing their fitness goals. So, lace up your shoes, and get ready for a fun and challenging workout!
Place
Right next to the U Rosenthaler Platz entrance on Brunnenstraße, you will find our studio in the second backyard of the building saying "Dieses Haus stand früher in einem anderen Land". Come down the stairs to train in our cozy, but legendary Mitte studio! Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. The showers are mixed and not separated in the individual changing rooms. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons.
