A high-intensity hybrid workout for those who want to push beyond strength endurance. Built on the same structure, Strength Progression raises the bar with heavier loads, more demanding cardio, and fewer breaks — designed to challenge output, grit, and limits. 💥 What to expect: - Heavier weights paired with more demanding cardio stations - Higher-intensity exercises than in Strength Endurance - Short or optional rest periods for continuous effort - A strong focus on pushing limits while maintaining quality ⏱️ Example workout structure: You’ll move through 8 stations, completing 2 back-to-back sets per exercise with short breaks in between. You complete 2 full rounds, returning to each station twice — this time with tougher exercises, heavier loads, and higher cardio demand. 👍 Who it’s for: For those familiar with HYBRID training, looking for additional intensity in their training. Ideal if you’re ready to progress past Strength Endurance and challenge your limits. Not recommended for beginners. Your HYBRID starting point 💪❤️‍🔥
