Description

Build full-body strength with slow, controlled lifts. Each station challenges you with two back-to-back sets. Expect to feel the burn and progress with every round. Emphasise proper form, static holds, and rep tempo. Members should aim for 70–90% of max effort. Cue heavy-to-light transitions and offer modifications. 8 stations, Each station features 1 exercise performed in 2 double sets (e.g., 1 → 1, 2 → 2). Work = 35s, Rest = 10s. 2 rounds. 1-minute break between rounds.

Tony is a passionate personal trainer and group fitness instructor. He is a fitness enthusiast with over sixteen years of experience. After a decade in the film industry, he seamlessly transitioned to pursuing his second big passion: fitness. Tony pushes your limits in a healthy yet challenging way, making each session both effective and enjoyable.

Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
