Emphasise proper form, static holds, and rep tempo. Members should aim for 70–90% of max effort. Cue heavy-to-light transitions and offer modifications. 8 stations, Each station features 1 exercise performed in 2 double sets (e.g., 1 → 1, 2 → 2). Work = 35s, Rest = 10s. 2 rounds. 1-minute break between rounds.

We offer our workouts at the Fitness and Dance Center Munich at Kurfürstenstraße 8. You can reach us via the U Bahn station Josephsplatz or Giselastraße. The entrance is in the back of the building, keep right and walk down the stairs to the basement. !!! IMPORTANT !!! Indoor shoes are a must !
