Description
A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.
About Your Coach, Christian
Meet Christian, a dynamic and experienced coach with over 10 years in the fitness industry. A Level 3 Certified PT and TRX Qualified Trainer, he brings energy, expertise, and a passion for high-intensity workouts to every session. As a keen runner, cyclist, and half-Ironman finisher, Christian knows what it takes to push limits and achieve peak performance. His sessions are all about building strength, endurance, and confidence—without the intimidation. With a focus on form, motivation, and a supportive atmosphere, he’ll challenge you to go further while keeping things fun. Ready to train hard and feel unstoppable? Place
Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
