Hello, I‘m Laura and I‘m a sportscience student at TU München. I’ve been a class instructor for 4 years now and I‘m absolutely passionate about it. I LOVE working out! No matter how hot or cold, how early or late it is, how lazy I’m feeling and no matter where I am - I always show up and get the job done, because in the end I know how much being active can help me physically and mentally. Feeling and becoming more energized, powerful, selfconfident, proud and happy is not only one of my goals for myself but also for YOU! I want you to leave my class with pride and a big smile even though your whole body is probably shaking and you might wonder how on earth you‘re gonna get home. :D A little progress each day adds up to big results, so keep GOING - keep GROWING!
