Hello there! My name is Cecilia. Since a young age I have always had an interest for physical activity, from dance, to hiking, running, climbing, HIIT and Tabata. As a dancer my body has become my main working tool, leading to an interest in the gym to prevent injuries and get physically stronger. This interest is something I have shared with others and would love to share with you! My goal is to push you past your limits, seeing you grow stronger and leaving every class with a smile!
We offer our workouts at the Fitness and Dance Center Munich at Kurfürstenstraße 8. You can reach us via the U Bahn station Josephsplatz or Giselastraße. The entrance is in the back of the building, keep right and walk down the stairs to the basement. !!! IMPORTANT !!! Indoor shoes are a must !
