A balanced mix of strength and cardio designed to build confidence, dial in technique, and help you get comfortable moving between both. Challenging enough to feel it — structured enough to stay in control. 💥 What to expect: - A 50/50 split of strength and cardio - Strength blocks that activate and fatigue your muscles - Cardio drills using bodyweight and machines like Ski and Row - Technique-first intensity that lets you focus on form, flow, and consistency - Short, repeatable sets to practice transitions and build hybrid confidence ⏱️ Example workout structure: You’ll move through 8 stations, alternating between strength and cardio. At each station, you complete 2 sets of 35 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, then rotate to the next station with 20 seconds to change. You complete 2 full rounds, with a 1-minute break between rounds — giving you time to reset before going again. 👍 Who it’s for: Perfect if you’re new to hybrid training, returning after a break, or want a more accessible way to combine strength and cardio.
