Strength & Cardio - Double Set gives you an extra challenge. You will spend 30 seconds on a strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after finishing this Double Set, you rotate to the next one. This time a cardio exercise. Here you can increase speed in the second set. The workout has 4 cardio and 4 strength exercises and 2 rounds.

Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² with state-of-the-art cardio machines! Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. We recently introduced our new "Bring your own lock" locker solution. Feel free to bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings in the changing rooms during the workout.
