HIIT 3 Rounds is our new signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 3 highly effective rounds of 10 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts with shareable equipment allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout. We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class. HYGIENE RULES: As we want to continue working out safely we recommend to: - Disinfect your hands before and after the class - Use a towel
About Your Coach, Semih
Semih is a passionate Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor who grew up in Berlin, where his pulsating environment has constantly presented him all kinds of different opportunities and new approaches. Therefore he has a background in various sports such as weight training, athletics, football, multiple combat sports, cycling as well as long distance running and Hyrox. With his expertise & experience he will push your limits by creating a motivational and uplifting atmosphere during the workout. If you consistently attend Semih‘s sessions, you will improve your mind-body connection and get fit for life!
Place
Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
