Description

Our signature Ride45 workout is now RIDE: Classic. Music-driven cycling that builds confidence on the bike. Forget choreographic moves. Learn solid technique and build cardiovascular fitness with energetic, coach-led intervals that will leave you sweating hard. 💥 What to expect: No choreography, no fluff — music sets the energy, the focus stays on effort Cardio conditioning on the bike — high-intensity intervals that build stamina and endurance Clear structure from start to finish — push–recovery blocks to manage effort and progress over time Expert coach-led cues — simple instructions so you can ride hard without overthinking ⏱️ Example workout structure: This is our classic 45-minute interval ride. You'll alternate pushes and recoveries across different intensities (climbs, flats, and speed efforts) to keep your heart rate challenged from start to finish. Live heart-rate tracking helps you stay on pace and see your effort in real time. ⏰ IMPORTANT: Be On Time Doors close when class starts. If you arrive after the start time, you won't be able to join, no exceptions. First ride? Please arrive 15 minutes early. Your Health & Safety intro starts 5 minutes before class, where we'll set up your bike and show you how to ride safely. If you miss the intro, you can't take part in the class. 💪 Who it's for: Anyone who wants intense cycling for real stamina — great for first-timers and regular riders alike. Low-impact on joints, high on sweat. PLEASE NOTE: - Towels and cycling shoes are provided. You're of course welcome to bring your own - Training without shoes or shirtless is not allowed - Pets are not allowed - Music Specials feature high-energy remixes and edits inspired by the artist or theme not always the original tracks - Photosensitivity warning: Classes include flashing lights that may trigger seizures for people with visual sensitivities RIDE Fast, Sweat Hard

About Your Coach, Klara

I'm Klara, born and raised in Munich, with a lifelong passion for sports, particularly team sports like football and handball. A couple years back, I discovered a newfound exhilaration in cycling, where I constantly challenge my personal limits. My ambition is to push my riding team and myself to the fullest potential on every single journey. When I'm not cycling, working or spending quality time with friends & family, you can find me enjoying moments of tranquility through yoga, long walks or expressing myself artistically through drawing. Life for me is all about embracing excitement and balance. Now let's get on that bike and let me push you to you personal highest high!
