Description
HIIT is our signature full body workout. You’ll burn fat, tone your body and leave feeling high on endorphins. Get ready for 4 highly effective rounds of 7 varied cardio and strength exercises designed to push you to your limits! Our workouts allow you to switch stations and complete a circuit using equipment like weights to enhance your workout.
About Your Coach, Vanessa
As a holistic health, life and fitness coach Vanessa empowers other people to take their lives into their own hands. With an experience of 15 years as a handball player, later as a coach and referee, she knows what a team is capable of. She will push you to your limits with her personality and get the best out of your workout. Believe me, you will leave the workout beaming.
Place
PLEASE BE ON TIME 10 minutes before the workout starts, the door will not be answered anymore and you won't be able to get inside the studio. We hate to do this, but have to make sure the class can start on time. GETTING THERE - Ring the bell at Vossstr. 33 after selecting “BEAT81” and the door will be opened. - Don't ring at other neighbors in case the coach doesn't open right away but please wait. - Cross the entrance hall and go through the glass door to the backyard - Enter the door on the right and go upstairs to the first floor Toilets and changing rooms are available, but there are no showers. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. If you have any issue reaching the location please call the emergency line at +493083798610.
