Description
A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.
About Your Coach, Kimberley
Meet Kim, a professional dancer with a strong foundation in fitness. During her first year at dance academy, she completed her fitness coach diploma, which introduced her to the fitness industry early on. After graduating, Kim worked internationally as a dancer, including on cruise ships, where she also began teaching HIIT and fitness classes. When she later moved to Berlin, she discovered BEAT81 and instantly connected with its energy and community. Today, Kim blends her dance background with powerful, rhythm-driven coaching to deliver motivating and uplifting sessions.
Place
Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
