DeutschWith Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.
Hi everyone! 🌟 Coming from competitive swimming, endurance training was my thing, until I fell head over heels for functional training, HIIT and lifting 🏋️♀️ The tougher the workout - the bigger my smile.
