Description

NEW: Find your workout link up to 12 hours before the workout on this page (it will show up to everyone who has booked). Ok, so we’ve all spent waaay too much time on the couch lately. Do your legs and butt a favor with our BUTT & LEGS workout. Get ready for 3 rounds of 8 stations. Each station involves two superset exercises. Both a challenging 25sec each, the first focuses on the lower body and the second on full body cardio or strength. If you live on the top floor without an elevator, good luck after this one. Although the endorphin rush will definitely make it feel worth your while.

My mission is to support you in your physical and mental progress. Join my classes and take on a new challenge! With lots of enthusiasm and a keen eye for corrections, I will definitely take your fitness skills to the next level. I have been teaching fitness and dance classes for over 12 years and continue my education regularly, so I know how to welcome you both beginners and advanced athletes. This is how you best prepare your workout area at home: - Make around 3x2 meters space - Have a couch, bed or chair nearby - Fill 2x 1.5l bottles with water as light weights - Prepare a backpack with books as heavy weight
