Description

BEGINNER HIIT is a spin-off of our signature 45-minute full body workout. This class is designed for all newjoiners and everyone who wants to get a more extensive introduction to our HIIT classes. Our coach will make sure to explain the exercises in detail and help you with your form. You’ll get used to our workouts while burning fat, toning your body and leaving high on endorphins! Get ready for 3 rounds of 7 varied cardio and strength exercises. HYGIENE RULES: As we want to continue working out safely we recommend to: - Disinfect your hands before and after the class - Use a towel

About Your Coach, Clara

Clara has studied and worked as a personal fitness trainer in the United States for many years. She is Kettle Bell Certified and well rehearsed in Tabata style training. She has worked with clients of all ages and demographics- children/youth, working adults, persons 65 years and older, as well as professional athletes. This experience allows her to understand and meet the needs of each individual regardless of their age or fitness level.

PLEASE BE ON TIME 10 minutes before the workout starts, the door will not be answered anymore and you won't be able to get inside the studio. We hate to do this, but have to make sure the class can start on time. GETTING THERE - Ring the bell at Vossstr. 33 after selecting “BEAT81” and the door will be opened - Cross the entrance hall and go through the glass door to the backyard - Enter the door on the right and go upstairs to the first floor Toilets and changing rooms are available, but there are no showers. Please bring a towel, sports shoes and a bottle of water.
