Description

STRENGTH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.

About Your Coach, Jackie

Jackie is a professional dancer and personal trainer from NYC. She grew up doing every sport under the sun. She loves challenging her physicality, and believes that integration of daily movement leads to a healthy body and mind. Being an athlete most of her life, she loves the camaraderie and support of being able to work together as a team-pushing past our own limits. Jackie is very nuanced in her coaching and will leave you feeling stronger after each session... with a few laughs and fun along the way. Let's get after it together💪💪💪
