Description

NEW: Find your workout link up to 12 hours before the workout on this page (it will show up to everyone who has booked). Ok, so we’ve all spent waaay too much time on the couch lately. Do your legs and butt a favor with our BUTT & LEGS workout. Get ready for 3 rounds of 8 stations. Each station involves two superset exercises. Both a challenging 25sec each, the first focuses on the lower body and the second on full body cardio or strength. If you live on the top floor without an elevator, good luck after this one. Although the endorphin rush will definitely make it feel worth your while.

Natalia has always been passionate about health and fitness and since moving from New Zealand she has found her drive on the bike. During her workouts, Nat will combine her passion for dance and love for interval training, keeping you energized and motivated to ensure you get the best results whilst always having fun.
