This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.
Manufactured in the corridors of Heaven, born & raised in the Cradle of Humankind. Deon doesn’t remember a time before fitness. He’s always been curious of how to improve the body. How to run faster & farther. How to lift heavier and lower his body fat percentage. All in an attempt to get an edge on his competition on the track & on the field. Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² with state-of-the-art cardio machines! Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. We recently introduced our new "Bring your own lock" locker solution. Feel free to bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings in the changing rooms during the workout.
