You will spend 30 seconds on a strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after finishing this Double Set, you rotate to the next one. This time a cardio exercise. Here you can increase speed in the second set. The workout has 4 cardio and 4 strength exercises and 2 rounds.
