Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

GETTING THERE The studio is located at Zeughofstraße 20, just a 5 minutes walk from Görlitzer Bahnhof. Important: it is strictly prohibited to park bikes in the courtyard as the courtyard is a dedicated area for ONLY residents! As a friendly and respectful interaction with our neighbors is important to us, we kindly ask you to not park your bike there. PLEASE NOTE - Changing rooms and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout.
