Our classic circuit-style workout built to simulate the demands of HYROX and similar endurance events. This is our most intense strength + cardio format, combining the heaviest loads with the toughest conditioning, with longer sets that will test your limits. 💥 What to expect: - Heavy weights paired with demanding cardio efforts - Long, continuous work intervals that push physical and mental limits - Race-style exercises such as rower, ski erg, burpees, sandbag lunges, and more - Minimal recovery time — intensity stays high throughout ⏱️ Example workout structure: You’ll move through 8 stations, working for 3 continuous minutes per station. Each station challenges a different combination of strength and cardio, with the goal of max reps and sustained output. The long intervals are designed to replicate race fatigue and pacing demands. 💪 Who it’s for: Advanced participants preparing for HYROX or similar endurance competitions — or anyone who wants to seriously test their hybrid fitness over longer, race-like efforts. Not recommended for beginners. Prep for race day 💪❤️‍🔥🏃

Henny has tons of positive and happy vibes to share. Starting with sports before she could even walk, her passion for dancing, acrobatics and yoga has accompanied her everywhere. Henny has been part of the fitness industry since 2022 and loves functional/strength training and HIIT. If you want to smash your workout, her contagious energy and electrifying smile will definitely get you in the right mood.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your performance or build a more powerful routine, this is where the work happens. All levels are welcome. The studio is located at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 19, just a 10-minute walk from U Kottbusser Tor. When you reach house number 19, go through the open driveway for firefighters. After walking about 20 meters, you'll notice a metallic fence on your left. Follow the fence for about 30 meters and enter through the metallic door next to it. Once inside, find the building door and go down one floor to reach the gym! 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ Changing rooms, toilets on-site ✔️ Safe space for your belongings in the changing rooms ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
