Sam is a qualified personal trainer with 10 years' experience and has studied applied neurology to sports performance and injury prevention, giving him a unique insight into helping you reach peak performance in every workout. In Sam’s classes, you can expect him to maximise your results by focusing heavily on technique, enhancing your movement quality, and decreasing your risk of injury. You can also expect awesome hip-hop soundtracks, a motivating and uplifting environment, and the odd dad joke here and there! Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
