Sam is a qualified personal trainer with 10 years' experience and has studied applied neurology to sports performance and injury prevention, giving him a unique insight into helping you reach peak performance in every workout. In Sam’s classes, you can expect him to maximise your results by focusing heavily on technique, enhancing your movement quality, and decreasing your risk of injury. You can also expect awesome hip-hop soundtracks, a motivating and uplifting environment, and the odd dad joke here and there! Getting there: the studio is located at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 19, just a 10-minute walk from U Kottbusser Tor. When you reach house number 19, go through the open driveway for firefighters. After walking about 20 meters, you'll notice a metallic fence on your left. Follow the fence for about 30 meters and enter through the metallic door next to it. Once inside, find the building door and go down one floor to reach the gym! PLEASE NOTE - Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
