This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.
The stage is yours! As a former dancer, I know how to entertain you and make you feel good in my classes! Working for many years in the fitness industry as a fitness coach, group fitness trainer and educator for group fitness trainers, my goal is to combine an effective workout with great form and lots of fun. GETTING THERE The studio is located at Zeughofstraße 20, just a 5 minutes walk from Görlitzer Bahnhof. Important: it is strictly prohibited to park bikes in the courtyard as the courtyard is a dedicated area for ONLY residents! As a friendly and respectful interaction with our neighbors is important to us, we kindly ask you to not park your bike there. PLEASE NOTE - Changing rooms and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout.
