This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

Located in the Alexanderplatz "S-Bahn arcs" in Dircksenstraße, you will find our studio by passing the shopping Mall Alexa, heading to the end of the street and keeping right. Toilets, showers and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons. Pets are not allowed.
