Description
Get your muscles pumping and your heart racing! This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

Welcome to our newest indoor studio! The studio is located right on the street at Implerstraße 7, closest to U-Bahn station Poccistraße. Just look out for the BEAT81 entrance and join us in the new studio! You can expect some challenging workouts with our newest equipment standard and cardio machines! So don't miss out and book your next workout, we're excited to welcome you here! We recently introduced our new "Bring your own lock" locker solution. Feel free to bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings in the changing rooms during the workout.
