Description

With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

Jessica is a British-Italian former professional dancer of classical and contemporary ballet. Body&Mind training is her life-mantra, which makes her a high-intensity coach. With a strong passion for boxing, weight-training, and fitness, she will pump and drain your energy during each workout day after day.
