Description
STRENGTH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.
About Your Coach, Sam
Sam is a qualified personal trainer with 10 years' experience and has studied applied neurology to sports performance and injury prevention, giving him a unique insight into helping you reach peak performance in every workout. In Sam’s classes, you can expect him to maximise your results by focusing heavily on technique, enhancing your movement quality, and decreasing your risk of injury. You can also expect awesome hip-hop soundtracks, a motivating and uplifting environment, and the odd dad joke here and there! With your hard work and Sam’s professional guidance, your can reach your goals 💪🏻

GETTING THERE The studio is located at Zeughofstraße 20, just a 5 minutes walk from Görlitzer Bahnhof. Important: it is strictly prohibited to park bikes in the courtyard as the courtyard is a dedicated area for ONLY residents! As a friendly and respectful interaction with our neighbors is important to us, we kindly ask you to not park your bike there. PLEASE NOTE - Changing rooms and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed If you have any issue reaching the location please call the emergency line at +493083798610.
