Get your muscles pumping and your heart racing! This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

Welcome to our next indoor Sublease in Munich! The studio is conveniently located in Einsteinstraße 90, close to S Leuchtenbergring. Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! Please note that the entrance of the studio is in the back of the building to the left. Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear. Toilets are available.
