Description

Get your muscles pumping and your heart racing! This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

About Your Coach, Christian

Christian is an experienced strength and conditioning coach for American football and soccer teams. During his many years in competitive sports he learned a lot about the importance of motivation and coaching. He has also worked with athletes on injury recovery and prevention. His passion is to help people improve their level of fitness and well being. Join his class to push your fitness goals to the next level and have fun while you do it!
