Description
B81 STRENGTH is the ideal workout to build muscle strength and define your physique. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each with 2 exercises targeting opposing muscle groups. Chose your weights right and they will help you tone your muscles while pushing you to your limits! Our coaches will guide you on the correct form to ensure you are getting the maximum burn from the workout. The equipment is disinfected after each class. Please note that you might get less GritPoints than usual during this workout, but you’ll earn extra strength in turn ;-)
About Your Coach, Maren
Hi, I'm Maren. Doing different kinds of sports, athletics, strength training or running for so many years now, I bring a lot of training experience and enthusiasm about being active. I love working out in a group to use the extra motivation from each other. As your Coach I want to offer workouts that strengthen your body, clear your mind and leave you with a big smile and the energising feeling you pushed your limits.

Welcome to our next indoor sub-lease in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Adi-Maislinger-Straße 9, 81373 Munich, close to Heimeranplatz. Please note that you can enter the building by pressing the door opener, which will open the door automatically. If the button does not work, please ring at "Iwanson Sixt Stiftung GmbH" and the coach will open the door (before 7:00am and on the weekend). The studio is on the first floor to the right. Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, and with indoor shoes (the coach will exclude you from the workout if you arrive with outdoor shoes).
