DeutschA strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

We offer our workouts at the Fitness and Dance Center Munich at Kurfürstenstraße 8. You can reach us via the U Bahn station Josephsplatz or Giselastraße. The entrance is in the back of the building, keep right and walk down the stairs to the basement. !!! IMPORTANT !!! Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! If you have any issue reaching the location please call the emergency line at +493083798610.
